Finally the dinner service started for us, then a party of about six came in and again, the red carpet was rolled out for them with several people stopping to check on them including two separate members of management with New Years Greetings all around. He said he would “check on it for us” and left. I told him that we had asked three times to have bread brought to the table and that we had been seated at our table for 30 minutes by that time with no one taking our dinner order. At one point a gentleman in a nicer suit with a name badge came to the the table and asked how things were going. Meanwhile, my family watched as other tables were serviced, with the wait staff greeting many of the other diners as if they were well known friends. Several minutes passed before I was able to get his attention to ask if we could get some bread. After 15 minutes and watching Gary pass our table several times to great and service other tables, I finally flagged him down to let him know that we would like to order a cocktail when he had a moment. Our waiter, Gary, came by to ask about our water preferences and after that was delivered the entire night went off the rails. pm and we arrived on time and were seated quickly by a very nice gentleman who was manning the reception desk. I am not one to do that because even a bad experience can be overlooked once.Not This One! New Years Eve, 2019 my family had a reservation for 7:45. If you check my written reviews, you will find I have never written a bad review.
